Multiple Charges after Cancellation
I cancelled my account with Solutions in February. Good, fine, done. But NOW I have a charge again. I discarded my items when there was NO charge in March!!! Now, again in April, there is a charge for $14.95, + a $35.00 charge from my bank BECAUSE I DID NOT EXPECT a charge from you. Please CANCEL my Solutions account!!!
Refund the $14.95 charge, PLUS the $35.00 charge from my bank for the erroneous, misplaced charge. Should I receive another charge from you, I will contact the Federal Trade Commission.
I expect a refund of $14.95 PLUS the erroneous OVERDRAFT fee from my bank. Spoke with a live person before who assured me that account was closed. Will not make the same mistake again.

SOL Reward auto deduction from bank without permission
DO NOT ORDER FROM SOLUTIONS: I placed an order with Solutions on 12/10/2009 to purchase items needed for the school. On 1/6/2009 there was an automatic deduction of $14.95 on my account. This was NOT AUTHORIZED and is a monthly reoccuring transaction. The only transaction I approved was for the item purchased ONLY. When calling customer service he stated that when I purchased the item I agreed to the SOL Reward program. I argued with him that there was never anything that stated I would be charged every month 14.95 for a SOL Reward program and I never checked a box, never saw a box, never agreed to sign-up for the program. I only selected the item to purchase and paid for that said item. I called my bank and the only thing you can do is cancel your card. This I have done. There have been numerous complaints regarding this bogus charge from Solutions. This is a SCAM...DO NOT ORDER FROM SOLUTIONS...EVER!!!
