I recently made an on-line purchase on www(dot)solutions(dot)com and they signed me up for a Solutions Reward subscription of $14.95. My bank provided the number 1-877-674-8273 to call and dispute the charges.

The representative at Solutions Reward line was resistant when I first asked for a refund. She said I purchased something with 'Smart Living', a company that doesn't really exist, and I was given the option to sign up for $14.95 at the end of my purchase. Well I never shopped at a company called 'Smart Living'; I only shopped at www.solutions.com, and it's this company that signed me up unauthorizedly.

Anyway, once I asked t talk to a supervisor or manager she said she'll put in the refund. In total she said she canceled my subscription AND submitted a refund of the $14.95, which would show in 7-10 business days. However, given the complaints on this website stating the refund was never applied, I doubt I'm going to get my refund too.

If your bank can't block future payments, you should cancel your bank card immediately and apply for another one. That's the only other way for the company to keep billing your account.

Also, never shop at www.solutions.com! This company will sign you up for subscriptions without your authorization!

I have been charged $14.95 for absolutly nothing. This is two months running. Is this your REWARD? Just throw $29.90 in the wind. Here I am living on Social Security and having a hard time getting by, and your taking food out of my mouth with your unautherized charges. How dare you people!
