This company charged me $2000 for a website. After 6 months when it was not done and I got angry, they posted my web site for 3 days then removed it when I complained that certain agreed upon aspects of the site were not done.

I could not file a Civil Suit as they moved and could not be served. Their phones were not answered, e-mails were ignored and they moved from their home. When attempting to serve them, their lawyer, who is in the same building, told us they were also looking for them, as they ripped them off for unpaid legal fees. My legal team then discovered that there was quite a list of people who have filed Civil Suits against Soma. They also advised me, that due to the number of suits filed with the court, I probably wouldn't receive much after everyone else's claim was put through.

I then tried to file Fraud charges but because I was the only one who had done so, nothing could be done. Apparently, you cannot file both a Civil and Fraud complaint.The detective actually advised me to use this format to let others know to BEWARE of this company.
