I had an estimate done by this company and refused because of price. The quote was $1, 300. About a year later out of know where they filed a lawsuit claiming that I owe them $9, 000 and I authorized them to do the work. I contacted their attorney and argued for 3 weeks for paperwork to be faxed to me that I authorized work and copy of the down payment.

3 weeks later I finally get a call from the attorney stating he had just got the paperwork from Sommerville Electric. I recieved some pages from them. On 1 page was a written paragraph from Sommerville to their attorney. Sure enough the signature matches to a T the writing in the paragraph from a Sommerville owner. I have the proof and will send upon request.

I also got other estimates recently of the exact work they claimed they did and they all came around $1, 300 to $1, 500. How in the world do they think they can ROB someone of $9, 000. This company is very shady and are a bunch of thieves. Please be ware. I have the proof in black and white and will be filing ID theft and defamation of character charges on them.
