This video store is owned and run by very rude people, carrying ILLEGAL COPIES of movies that don't work in most sophisticated DVD players. They are rude on the phone, and tell consumers to go elsewhere if their movie COPIES don't work in their DVD players. Well, we will, and we hope that everyone reading this complaint will go elsewhere as well. Don't give business to such a rude family of employees that is not at ALL dedicated to customer service!
