served a drink that was tampered with
The sonic in jasper alabama does not like to honor coupon. received a coupon from the sonic in jasper al for a free drink. went to redeem the coupon and was told they would not take the coupon because the code was wrong. I call the 800 number and that is the code i was given. So I told her I would call again while I was in the drive thru to get the correct code she wanted. while i was on the phone trying to get her the code number she wanted a lady gave me a drink. unfortunately she did not give me a diet coke that I ordered. She put a small amount of coke in and then filled it up with water. I hope that is all she put in my drink is water. Would not every recommend that sonic to anyone. You try to use a coupon and they will tamper with your food

Store Manager's girl friend miss treating all employes
How do you go about getting a store managers girl friend to quit or terminate her because our store manager will not and is always fighting with his girl at work and it is messing up the company. We have lost many of great people that have quiet because she walks around miss treating other's talking down to other's like if she is in charge. And she has walked out atleast 3-4 times during happy hour and lunch rush hour because of them fighting all the time. She walks into the store take in mind she is not a manager and always eyeballs people and instigates things between people and when an employee confronts her about it she denies everything. And then the store managers gets her side real quick maken him self look really bad because of natural reaction of her being his girl friend. We do not want to lose are store Manager he has worked his ass of for this store but she needs to go she has another job but still wants to stay here she also gets very jealous when a nice young girl turns in an app for hierment and puts them down and doesnt even know them.

i arrived at sonic at 1:45 pm on 01/31/2010.When i placed my order i new that happy had not started, but i had a coupon for a route 44 drink for .99 cents .I explained this to the person that took my order, as i was waiting on my order which was not only the beverage but food as well, i noticed that people that had arrived after me was getting the order that they had placed.At the same time there was this couple who were in the stall across from me that were there when i pulled up also had not got their order either, they ended up leaving.At approx 2:05 pm a gentleman came to my car and ask me had my order been taken.I explained to yes it had been taken and i had been waiting 15 minutes for my order.I aske him since i had not got my order yet and it had begun happy hour by this time did i still have to use my coupon?
H e states that i would have to use the coupon because my order was placed before 2:00 pm, at this point i was very upset and displeased that i told him to just cancel my order .

Order
My Boyfreind went to sonic this evening before close. He ordered us two super sonic burger meals with bacon. Well all was fine till he got home. I opened up my burger and it was competeley raw. Oh his was also. but he didn't notice untill after hehad took a bite. I'm hpeing he dosen't get sick. I certainly won't be eating at sonic any more. And I will advise everyone else to check their food before eating it!!!

False Advertising
I went to Sonic today and ordered my daughter a stawberry malt at about 2:30, which their Happy Hour starts at 2:00 and runs till 4:00. Under the Happy Hour sign offering their drinks at 1/2 price they have a large sign showing their drinks like the slushys, sodas, lime aid, shakes and malts, floats, ect. but they charged my full price for the malt. The manager argued that the 1/2 price Happy Hour only applyed to serten drinks. I told him his sign is falsely advertising all the drinks which is illigal and he can be sued for that, but told me drink was still full price. So warn you Sonic lies about their prices. (BEWARE THEY WILL CHEAT YOU!!!)

bad management
we have a new manager in our store she has only been there for to weeks . and its sad to say she never comes to work if we need her she is at a braves game or mowing her yard her kids are always sick and there family only has one car .her husband is a manager at another sonic and i here he is never at work ether . what do we do

Bad management!
I am an current employee at sonic drive in and i am having trouble with some one using my employee number to make employee tickets and they have racked my bill up to $160.00 and i have made a complaint about it but unfortunately i have no proof that it was not me the thing is though you have to sign the receipts. I have not had to sign a single damn receipt since i have worked there. I can not eat fast food due to two severe ulcers. They are so bad that if i eat just hint of oil or spicy foods they start to bleed and i have already brought in a doctors note pertaining to my medical problem but they still insist i sat there and ate a hundred and sixty dollars worth the food (that could kill me) in two weeks. Sonic has a very bad system i mean all the managers have our information and there should only be certain really i am portal people with that kind of very important information. They need a higher and more secure system.
