Changed Menu
Changed menu, increased prices. Got rid of popcorn chicken, cheddar bites, corn dogs, reduced happy hour times, and are rude. I order UN sweetened tea, and even when they ask, I get it half the time still sweet and have to ask them to come back and fix it. When you can go to McDonalds and get a large drink anytime for $1, that is where I will be from now on. Atleast they aren't rude, and McDonalds is smart enough to keep their prices reasonable in a rough economy.

Lost/Stolen ATM
on July 17th i went through the drive thru of Sonic. I ordered my food and paid with my ATM. Unfortunately, i was not paying attention and was given my food and not my ATM or receipt. It wasnt until the next day I realized and then called to see if my ATM was there. I spoke to the store manager who verified my order and name. He instructed me to come with ID so they could release it to me. When I arrived, the acting manager at this shift did not how to open the safe so I was not able to get my card. I followed up with a call early the next morning, (mind you, it is now 2 days later) I spoke to a gal who was very helpful. She checked both safes and could not find my card. She called her store manager and still no response. I then called in the afternoon asking for his contact info. I called and left a vociemail message and still no return call. This leads me to believe that someone has stolen my card from the safe or it was misplaced. I am in the process of filing a police report to report this incidence. So please...dont let them give you your food before giving back your ATM !

Would not let a disabled man use phone
My brother with congestive heart failure and other health problems rode to sonic on his bike late one night;.He got sick and almost passed out?.he asked to use the phone to get a ride..The woman working there told him no, .He did pass out on his way home". WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE!!!WTF?Why could'nt he use the phone?Why could'nt she call someone for him?This man is on disability'.Do you feel important about yourself Grace?Are you the sonic phone Czar?People tend to ignore rather than help someone/.Are you this strict about not messing up an order?I think not.

Changing menu
Sonic has changed they're whole menu and taken almost everytime with chicken off. The only thing I eat from sonic is Chicken club toaster, popcorn chicken or the chicken wrap because I'm not a fan of fast food burgers. The fact that they would take all the chicken off the menu is rediculous and apauling. They've lost my business.

New milk shake cups
I took my kids to sonic we got two blasts and two milkshakes. By the time we got them they were like flavored milk. The complaint is about the new cups. They are awful. Go back to the stet foam cups. Thanks

MY DAUGHTER AND HUSBAND AND MY SELF WENT TO SONIC ON MAY 22 ND AND THEY MESSED UP MY HUSBANDS AND DAUGHTERS ORDER AND THEY WERE RUID ABOUT IT AND MAD THEM NEW FOOD AND NOW MY HUSBAND AND DAUGHTER GOT REALLY SICK OFF OF IT I NEVER GOT SICK IT SEEMS ALSO FUNNY THAT THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES THAT GOT SICK AFTER COMPLAINING. THEY HAVE BEEN THROWING UP AND ALSO HAVE DIAREIA OFF OF THE FOOD . WE WILL NEVER EAT AT SONIC EVER AGAIN

Can never get an order right
Sonic #1718 in Claremore, Ok. can NEVER get an order right for me. Maybe 1 out of 10 is a winner. They don't listen to what you are saying. I had ANOTHER bad experience today trying to get a BLT. One of my friends got a BLT without the lettuce @ tomato. Oh! It's just terrible at that site. I don't know anyone's name, whoever took my order from inside. This particular incident took place 4/15/11. I told them 3 times how I wanted it and they still got it wrong in spite of that.

Bad food
Ordered foot long coney with everything. The hot dog had no jalepenos as picture on the tv ad and the hot dog itself was so salty as to be unhealthy. When we ordered it with everything, we assumed that's what we would get. We will never go to Sonic again.
