manager was so rudddde!
from cell phone: It was around 7:30pm. My boyfirend and I went to get dinner, and we press the bottom for service, meanwhile laughing on an inside joke, so it took us less than 30 sec. to talk and the server was like: "can i take your order" she say repeatedly with an attitude. We asked for an manager, and she was like "I am the manager... MAY I HELLLP YOU!" we asked for another manager, and she say again "MY I HELLLP YOU! so i say im making an complaint!

Awful experience
It all started when my wife and kids went to sonics around 9:30 On cypresswood dr in spring tx 77373 and placed her order. She ordered a couple meals at the stalls they have the guy took it, so shes waiting for 30 mins now and she pushes the button to see whats the hold up and the kid replies their not talking orders because the computers are out and to leave. No one even bothered to go up to the car and tell her the problem. So shes pissed of and leaves. I call the next morning and complain to the manager and shes could care less. I call the 1 00 number and complain, they put me thru to the owner (anthony) who I thought would make it right, but just blows smoke up my butt by saying he'll mail out some gift cards but never does. I called him 3 times and says the same B S... The worst customer service ever.

Poor Service
On 4/2/08, i went to take a walk to Sonics since I live very close to it. I have eaten there once and the food was ok.
Well, on this day, I made a simple order: hot dog, tots and slush...
I waited 10, 15 mins. nada! But ten mins after I got there a car pasked and ordered. Now this want pissed me off, after 20 mins of waiting, the car park got their order before me, I told the girl, whats going on, she tells me its coming shortly, goes back in and i see her getting another order ready, I'm thinking its mine, wrong! it was for another car. I got up and walked away. I think it was b/c I was latina and the workers are white!!!
