I was there trying to pump gas, after we prepaid and the person behind the counter, didnt know how to use the computer and did away with all my perks. I only had 51 cents off of a gallon but i was going to fill my tank. When we asked what happen they were very rude to my daughter and son in law. We asked for our money back and all my perks were gone, but they laughed and said we couldnt get them back. This is the 3rd time i have used this station, and each time the people there were very rude. How can u hire such people to represent your company??? I still dont know if I ever got my fuel perks back, I am going to write to Shop and Save and see if they can help. I will not go back to that store, and I am not sure where there is on I can go to. You really should check on the people you hire and maybe teach them some manners, i work with the public everyday and if some acted like that they would have been fired. thank you terri armsey
