I am deeply regretted to send this e-mail to you.I had purchased a Sony Ericsson handset W580i, IMEI no.359235016192741 from Essar Telecom, shahdara, Delhi on 21/11/2007.The handset developed a display problem.I gave it for repairing at your service centre "M/s GURUNANAK COMMUNICATION", 37, Vikas Complex, Veer Savarkar Block, Vikas Marg, Shakarpur, Delhi-110092.Ph:22529811, 43027771 on 22/04/2008 at 14.01pm.The case Id no:N2LNR:220408-09.They promised me to deliver it the very next day i.e on 23/04/08.But after that date and till this date i have not recieved my handset.Since i was not getting any proper response from them i complained to your customer care no.30911111.They promised to give me response in 48 hours.But after 3 days i came to know from your customer care executive Mr.Harish that they are unable to give any commitment for delivery of the handset as it may take even months.In this case please let me know what i have to do and where i have to approach.
If this is the style of your so called "AFTER SALES SERVICE", i strongly believe people never buy your handsets.
Awaiting a positive response from your side rather than what i have got till now.
