I am writing this because i want justice. I had bought a sony ericsson C903 phone from a spice retailer situated at Lajpat nagar, New Delhi on 6.10.2010 by spending INR 8500. But not before completing 24 hours, the handheld became defunct. So i went back to the retailer and asked them to replace my phone which was well under warranty period.They told me to come the next day as there superior was not present at the shop. The next day when i went back, after a lot of persuation and argument they decided to replace it. They also himiliated me with abusive language.
Now after 2 months, this replaced c903 handheld is again non functional.Inspite of great hesitation on my part i had to visit the retailer once again. They informed me that though it was within warranty period, they no more could do nothing about it.And i was directed to go to the sony ericsson service centre(I 11, lajpat nagar, new delhi) where the phone can only be repaired.
Now i humbly question you that is this the only amount of service SONY ERICSSON can provide to its customers?
By all logic, my phone should be replaced either by the same model or by some different model as i have suffered a lot problems because of your in-efficient work and that i bought a sony ericsson product.
I hereby sincerely ask you to help me out of this artificial commercial maze you have created to make sure that your customer go through hell after buying your product.
Else as a citizen of india i must be using the power of my fundamental rights and approaching the consumer court.
Contact me as soon as possible as i am resilient to go through all this anymore.
