Sub: Complaint against Services of Sony Ericsson Service Centers

With due regards, I would like to draw your kind attention towards your service centers.
I purchased Sony Ericsson G900 mobile before 5 months. The functioning was appropriate but last month suddenly the problem of its proper functioning occurs.
The phone screen gets dimmed at irregular intervals or it gets hanged and switched on and off itself.
After monitoring this problem, I approached your service centre at Dlf Gurgaon. On my first visit the behavior of concerned authority was not accordingly. One person asked me to go to other person and the other to the next persons . After the arguments, they kept the mobile for about 15 days but after receiving the phone, the same problem come. I again approached but this time these people said that we are not capable and asked to go to other service centre. There also the same attitude.
As per as the brand name is concerned yours is one of the best leading company in mobile phones but at the same time your after sale service is not good. Customer is wasting his time every time but no good response is there. After a lot botheration, I lastly mail this letter to you.
I requesting you kindly to go into the matter seriously and hoping for the soon reply.
