Today morning i went to submit my 2 mobile phones to Shree Vashnavi communications which is at Laxmi Nager(Authorised service centre) K810i and K700i and they confirm the delivery in evening but when i went to collect the mobile at 6 PM and Bloody hell was sitting there at 9 PM and then also they opened my mobile phone twice and engineer was not well qualified and initially the problem was same(Buttons were pressing there own) and when they opened again engineer spoiled the screen and replaced with other faulty screen(which was cracked, battery and also broken the dial pad...They even dont know how to correct the smart phones and they were doing all work in there own sweet time without caring about the customer. i need a strong action should be taken so that other customers wont suffer and sony should organise some training for there authorized centre.
