This is to get to your notice that I(G.H. Rakesh Prasad Rao) have submitted my Sony Ericsson Satio(U1i) (3rd time since purchase) in Sony Ericsson servicing center, SD Road, Sec-bad, Andhra Pradesh, INDIA on June 11 2010 as I have been experiencing problems with the same and its really sad in informing you that I have been getting pathetic response from your end, each time I visit the service center your personnel comes out with a new excuse, last time I visited the branch I was promised by Mr. Aneesh (Manager) for replacement of my Handset by 18th of June, which is not fulfilled till date, It turned worse as I was not even offered a standby mobile till I received my new handset. I am somehow not convinced with the quality of service and the response being offered by Sony Ericsson service center.
