I bought a new phone Sony Ericsson T715 and the issue which it has was that the camera would not take clear picture and no matter how still you try to be still the picture would be blurr and hence i went to the service center and told them about the issue they said that it wll be like this since it is a new phone and it can not have any issues and they said that the best they can do is that they can update the software, they did not give me any other options so i said ok and gave them the handset and i waited for 2 hours and them to update the software and then i checked it again the quality was the same it will still giving blurr pictures.
When i reached home i fould out that the service center people had damaged the hand set and now other issues had started like noise from the speaker, the youtube video would not play anymore, the mp4 videos would become mute for 10-15 seconds, you could not cancel the playing song and there was clicking noise comming from the handset. I wernt to the service center in Chandigarh again and this time they said that they can not do anything else for me and if i want i could speak with their manager.
I spoke with their maanager and explained him the issue he said that their technicians are experienced people and whatever they are saying is right and the handset is ok and regarding the youtube i need to speak with the Airtel customer care and so they did not provide me any kind of support. I even explained him that it was working fine before i gave the handset to their technicians he still did not agree andgave the same answer to speak with the Airtel customer care since it is a sim problem.
I spoke with the customer care people and they said that everything is fine from their end so i tried to use the sim on my friends handset on which everything worked fine and the youtube video started playing normally. So since i knew i would not get any help from the Chabdigarh service center i took the handset to sony service center Dehradun. And i explained the issues to the service center people agaion and they said that no problem and that they will fix the issue i two hours by updating the software, i explained them that the software was updated previously by the Chandigarh people but they still insisted that that will help so i gave the handset to them hoping for it to get fixed.
I came to them after 2 hours i checked the phone and found out that none of the issue were resolved and hence the service center people said that they will send the handset to the company it self to repair it it will take 10-15 days to fix the handset and hence i waited for 15 days and when i came to collect the handset they said that the motherboard has been replaced for the handset and so i checked it again and found out that none of the issue were taken care off and so i called the customer care of sony and informed them that the issues are not getting fixed they customer care rep said that submit the handset again and they will check it again i told them that the handset was with them for 21 days and still it was not fixed and so they should replace the handset the rep said that i can raise a complaint for replacement after calling back and after re-submitting the handset. I re-submitted the handset and called to raise the compaint for replacement the company people said that that it will take 2-3 business days for them to forward the request to the concerned departyment.
Then after 2 weeks i got a call from sony saying that the handset has been repaired and i can collect it from the service center i told them that the service center people do not agree to the issues which i am facing and so what should i do they said that they will check and call me back then again after 2-3 weeks i get a call saying that the youtube issue is resolved and i can collect the handset i told them again that there are other issues which have not been resolved so they said we will call you in 2-3 days after reviewing it.
And i am still waiting for them to call me and nothing seems to be working. Please suggest me something. My email is [email protected]. Please help.
