Hi sir this is kapil from jammu. I am the regular user of sony ericsson cell phone n m using the same since 2003. Last year i had bought one of ur sony ericsson T700. But suddenly phone was switched off. As the same in warrenty period, i took the same to the service center. They prepared the job sheet n told me to come after 20 days. But to my shock when i approached the service center it was closed n it was closed forever. Anyhow i inquired n got the address of the new service center. I showed them my job card n they said my phone will reach to them within days n when the same reach to them they will inform me. Its almost 5 months but my phone is not returned to me in a working condition. Just wanna know whether i have done something wrong by relying on the name of ur company n have purchased the phone manufactured by u. Sir m an advocate, n dont have much time to visit the service center to listen their false pretext. Its 4 months gone since i have
given the phone for repair n till date nothing have been done on ur part. I have given my phone for repair on 2nd of feb 2011 n my work order no is SE31100710114. Sir actually i dont wanna involve myself in litigation but ur conduct is forcing me, in which eventuality u have to compensate me for everything. Hope u will do the needful. This is the wort ever experience with sonyericsson. My phone no is 9419161838 Kapil
