I own a Sony ericsson K850i(IMEI No. 358874014255307) and was facing some problems regarding the touchpad. I submitted my phone to a nearest service centre for repairing the touch on 21 - July - 2009.
Initially they failed to complete their commitment of returning my phone within 3 days, even after specifying that 'I am a student from Punjab(a different state of India around 300 K.m. from Delhi) and I am in Delhi till 29 - july - 2009. So please accept my phone only if you would be able to return it to me before 28 - july - 2009.' And on 28-july, they didn't returned my cell as per commitment. So I had to leave for Chandigarh without my phone.
After that today on 03 - August - 2009, I got a call from service centre and was informed that my phone is repaired and the bill is of Rs 2200-. Since the estimate was of Rs 1300-, so I asked for the details and came to know that some other parts of my cell were also replaced/repaired without even informing me.
The complaints I lodged in customer care was also of no use and even calling customer care was harassing for me.
And after all this inconvenience I am not ready to pay Rs2200-.
AND I NEED A EXPLAINATION FOR ALL THIS.
