Sir/Madam,
I had purchased a C905 mobile months back and am still i guarantee period.last week, the speaker was showing some problem, that i had to service it.i gave it in a service centre near to my working place[alappuzha, kerala].there technician was on 3days leave, that i couldnt get the information regarding the problem, after these days.Then they told that its a minor complaint but the small spare that i need is available only in service centre in another city [GCDA Complex, ernakulam, kerala] which was about 80km away from that place.the front office lady assured me more than two times that the timings of that centre is 9 am to 6 pm, as that was at her store.it was a saturday.i travelled all the 80km, carrying my heavy bag, spending over almost 100 rupees, just to get it repaired.but i found that the shop is closed before 5-30.it was heard that the shop closes by 2pm on saturdays.i lost my money, half a day, and i was treated like an unworthy customer.if they are selling something an offering a service after sale, be sure that they are transparent in providing information.
I strongly demand SONY on behalf of the entire sony consumers:
either
1. uniform the timings of service centres across.
or
2. insist your desk at service centres not to provide wrong information.
I think I must take this complaint to the higher authorities.
