I had purchased a G-700 sony ericsson phone in jan 2009 and found it faulty and given to the service center in chennai more than 4 times. The touchscreen being changed 2 times and software error found more than 2 times. inspite of my several calls to sony ericsson call center with complaint numbers they dont bother to make a replacement but only delay the matter. Iam not interested in taking back the instrument from the service center and seek replacement from the company.
The call center guys who handle the case give evasive replies, planning to file a consumer complaint against the company since the phone is under warranty also
