non delivery/in stock

Best buy listed in December a Sony KDL42v4100 for $999.95 for delivery 12/24/08 Delivery was canceled and rescheduled for 1/23/09. The unit KDL42v4100 is in stock in 8 surrounding stores however delivery called saying it wasn't on the truck I called the Store in King of prussia and spoke to a manager and I was told that I could come into the store and cancel my online purchase but would have to pay $200.00 more for the same TV if I picked it up. My BB order #BBYo1-280312086776 was placed on 12/16/08. This practice is unethical and illegal to charge a higher price by the same Company from their on line store to their own compan7y store.

False Advertising

Came in the store Sat. Oct. 11, 2008 to purchase a flat screen tv; salesman said Sony was the best and we purchased the unit that included a free surround sound package. Was told it would be delivered Monday Oct. 13; that day came and went & no delivery or call; we called the store and they said they were having trouble getting the surround sound, but would deliver it as soon as possible. No calls until we called them Fri. Oct. 17 and told them if we did not get delivery by noon on Mon. Oct. 20, we would cancel the order and request a refund. We called them Monday Oct. 20 and they tried to talk us out of the Sony and into a different brand saying they were having performance problems with Sony's. We are going to get our money back today and report them to the BBB! They live up to their name as being the biggest Conn in town!!!
