I purchased Sony Mp3 player as a gift for my wife in 2008. Right after 8-9 months out of which we would have hadly used it for 2-3 times we started facing issues with it.i filed complaint with sony and they said that they will get back to us however did not get any call back. then after few months i wrote to them about the issue and they said that product is out of warranty and they cannot do anything. Product had issues started before it went out of warranty. with the kind of responce i got from Sony Rep i lost hope that sony would ever help me. i had a genuine issue and it was defective product. i think sony should have stood by its product and helped me here with the replacement. i spent rs2500 for this product which i hardly used for 3-4 times. Can someone please tell me how could i get it fixed by sony. Thanks
