COMPLAINT AGAINST ELECTRONICS.
We had given a music system(reg. no. 6103319) to Orbit for service and repairs. We were given an estimate for Rs 4000 approx. They informed us that parts would come from overseas and the system would be ready in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks when we inquired, they said parts were not adequate for the system and now the new parts would cost 6000. After 3 weeks we spoke to Ms Neelima and she said if you donot want it, you can take the system back.
We agreed to go ahead for the repairs. Theywere to inform us in a week. We were told that the guarantee would be only for a month. We told them we were travelling, so how could we check the system.
After keeping the system for more than a month, we still donot know whether it is repaired.Sony is such a reputed brand.We donot expect such behavior fron their service providers. We would be grateful if Sony can expedite this complaint.
