Be warned this company is very misleading and deceiving their customers with their online advertising. I went online on black Friday to purchase 2 items from ToysRUs. Very vividly advertised with one of the items I purchased (PS2) ToysRUs states you get the PS2 with: 1 controller and a bundle of 3 games (Shrek, Spiderman & Tony Hawks Skateboarding). I viewed this page very well and it did NOT state that I had to SEPERATELY click each game to add to cart ALONG with adding to cart the PS2 console. It clearly had PS2 console and a add to cart spot, which I did.

When I got my shipment, I only received the PS2 controller... NO GAMES! I call their customer service to only be told... "Ooops.. You should have added each game separately to your cart too. Then the charges would have been deducted for them and they would have been free. So sorry but your out the games and we can't send them to you now."

I needless to say am ticked beyond means. I also stated to them I guess Customer satisfaction isn't a priority of your company nor the fact your online service being misleading.. (because their handy dandy customer service person also mentioned, she has had several customer complaints of the very same problem ~ PS2 and didn't get the free games)

Toys R Us is not for their customers or for the people their store is really for... kids. Be very careful doing any business with them.
