I have got my DVD Player repaired from them on 20th June, 2009 and paid the amount of Rs. 1850 and i was told that they have changed the Lens of the player and put in an original Samsung Lens, but even when i asked for the bill of the Lens I was not provided with the bill. I was told that the repair work had a guarantee for 3 months. The player stopped working after 15 days and even when i constantly called them for 2 weeks no person came to my house to repair the player. On 16th July, 2009 when I called them at around 9 pm., the phone was picked up by a very ill mannered person who talked to me in a very bad manner. When I asked him for his name he told me that his name was 'Good Night' and told me shubhratri and put the phone down. The next day they sent a person to my house when i again called them the next morning and gave them my brother's name to make them think that it was some new customer, they sent the person within 15 minutes (as the repair place is walking distance from my place). I complained to him about their non professional behaviour. He told me that the matter will be looked into and took my DVD player and told me that he will return it the same day. I received the plyer today after 3 days.
