I had purchased a cyber shot DSC-s950 from symphony Indore M.P dated on 10-2-2009 vide Invoice No. sw-9619 .
The shutter of camera stop functioning in July 2009 . I had sent camera through "Pankaj Refrigeration Rewa (M.P.) (Authorized dealer of "Sony Products) to your Jabalpur service centre to entertain warranty. In august 2009 Mr. Naveen from Jabalpur service centre had told me on my mobile that your camera will be replaced send the original documents and accessories given to you with the camera. I had sent all the documents and accessories to Jabalpur service centre through Pankaj refrigeration Rewa.
After parsing a period of one month when I made customer to Mr. Naveen for my camera he told me that your camera is damaged and camera is coming back from Indore without repair because warranty is void. When the camera will come to him he will return it to me. I got my camera back without repair in November 2009 from Pankaj Refrigeration Rewa(M.P.)
My compliant is that my camera got damaged during it transit between Jabalpur to Indore. My camera was not damaged till it reach up to yours Jabalpur service centre. On the basis of which Mr. Naveen had asked me for sending of original documents and accessories of camera for replacement of camera. Whatever damage found in camera I am not responsible for that. That's by I am entitled for getting warranty given by your company.
Hence kindly take necessary action to repair/replace my camera on company's cost and feed back about proceeding/Action.
