I purchase one sony laptop Model VIO VGN-ER56GG/B on dated 24/11/2009.
After buying I feel that the backup of the laptop was not sufficient. Even after full charge if I don't use it for 3-4 days
its battery become almost empty.Cursor of this system was also not working properly.
Then I submitted this laptop on Sony Dayanand Vihar, Delhi service station, they returned me this laptop after 10 days.
I found the both problem in the system was remain same.

After that I got busy for some outstation and abroad travelling.Then I submitted this laptop again to Sony Dayanand Vihar, Delhi service station.

First they told me that this is out of warrantee and they are even not getting its old job status. then I submitted its Invoice
then they agree that it is under warrantee and agreed for last job also.

Today after 17 days when I called to Sony service center they inform me that battery of this system is ok and they will return me tomorrow.
If the system is ok then why they replaced it battery last time. And why taken 17 days.

In these 17 days I follow-up continuously to Sony service head office but always I got the same answer that it is under observation.
No body gave me the name/number of senior person so that I can talk regarding for this delay.

So my question is what kind of service SONY is providing to their customer who trust on SONY brand name.
I am totally frustrated by their service department.
