I purchased their deluxe problem...SoundTaxi Pro with VideoRip.
The program worked briefly then stopped.

I sent five emails before I received a response nearly two weeks later. They finally admitted after about two months that they knew of a problem.

After another two weeks I received an email instructing me to install an update...I did...it did not work.
I was told to install another update...it did not work.

Three months into the problem I was asked to send them extensive info on my computer...I did and have been ignored for about two more weeks now.

There is no contact phone number or any other info except the much ignored "support" email address.
Most of the emails are just stock "form" answers...no human present.

Don't buy!!!
