This is the worst company you could ever do business with. Poor customer service, horrible to be honest.
Went thru such a hard for two years and I'm finally free. They will mess up with your bank account doing charges that you never authorized and threat you in all kinds of ways.
There is a customer rep over there who should be in jail for treating customer the way she does, her name is SUE.
One day I changed my account and didn't want Sourceone taking the payments from the old account anymore. Sent the fax with the voided check...4 times...just find out every two weeks that the money was still being taken from the old account...so I would call Sourceone and inform that...send the info again...and two weeks later...AGAIN...lost my bank account due to that...they reported late payments on my credit report...payments that were never made because they're too stupid even to get paid. not a problem, paid in full, lost the bank account, traded the car in and now I'm being threatened again because It's been a week since I traded in and the dealer didn't paid Sourceone yet. According to the dealer, they have 30 days to do so. All I'm doing now is recording the calls to add to the lawsuit that I have against them. Pure harassment. If you're a customer of Sourceone, them you should probably see a lawyer cause I can guarantee that they're doing something wrong with you.
So happy that I'm not sending my money to this horrible company anymore. DON'T EVER USE SOURCEONE FOR YOUR FINANCIAL NEEDS!!! REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE!!
