I ordered a cell phone from them as well. I paypaled them $233 for it, and when i got it, it was not at all like described. It had a 2.0mp camera and not a 3.0 as advertised. I paid $61 to ship it back to them registered. They received it, and they emailed me stating I would get a refund within 48 hours. Its been 15 days now. I have been emailing them every day, and they always give me different excuses. "My supervisor will be back next monday", " My supervisor was working on it" etc etc. It takes 1 minute to issue a paypal refund!!! Its not rocket science.

I told everyone I know and I will be blogging about this experience for the rest of my life. From now on, dealextreme for me. They have been honest with me all the time.

Sourcinggate = fraud

They will keep your item and not issue the refund. Paypal does not do anything because they only cover the item for "Item not received" and not "item not as described"

Now I am out $233 + $61 and the phone itself!
