On or about 4/9/2010 I applied for a car loan via the internet to South Chicago Nissan, im disable, and to do this via the net was ideal for me. I gave my personal credit history, my current income, which included my credit score etc. I was contacted by a woman named "Brenda" who inform me that I was "pre-approved" for the auto loan. The next day I was contacted by another woman named"Ericka" who insisted that I was approved for a loan for up to $20, 000. All I had to do was bring in my ID, my trade in, as well as proof of income. I spent $60.00 haveing my oil changed and detailed my trade. I did all of this, when i appeared at the dealership no one would acknowlegde that either of the women that I spoke to was employed their.and it was nesscary for me to apply then. One of the sale people did admit that Ericka just was someone who "answered the incoming calls". When i realized this was a hoax, the sales people beame rude and gangster like asking me to leave the store.
This is bad business, I feel that Nissan should compensate me by arrangeing a car loan for me.
