Its been more than 6 months i have bought my car, i have not yet received my insurance documents. Everytime i bring this to their notice and they pass the buck on the Reliance insurance company. I guess its part of their job to provide me wtth the documents as they were gthe one who got my car insurance done. I am really fed up with them.
