Do not use this company. I flew into Fort Lauderdale and needed to take a shuttle for me and my family to Miami to board a cruise. I scheduled the pickup a few days in advance. They were an hour late in picking us up from the airport. The car was a Navigator. There was no logo, or any sign of a company. It's like someone just decided to drive their personal car to pick us up. Once we're in the car they didn't know where the Hotel was. I had to pull out my phone and use my GPS to guide them to the Hotel. Of course they wanted me to pay for my return up front too. Considering their track record I was nervous about it. My cruise was for 5 days and they have a stipulation that requires you to cancel 5 days prior to the pickup date. I gave them a shot on the return as well. They wanted me to call them when I arrived at the port and went through customs even though I had an appointment. I followed their direction and told them to be there on time anyway as I had a flight to catch and time was of the essence. Of course when I arrived at the port, they weren't there. Deja Vu. I called them repeatedly and got a voice-mail. They don't have a switchboard. I waited another 45 minutes before I just jumped on another shuttle that was there waiting. Some 16 year old finally called me 30 minutes later saying that they were almost there. I didn't have the patience or time to wait for them. I paid for a service that I didn't even use. Don't use this company. If you need a shuttle use Go Shuttles from Fort Lauderdale. They were organized. They have a booth at the exit of the Airport (with vans pulling out every 10 minutes), and they are cheaper than South Florida Shuttles. They didn't even know who South Florida Shuttles were. On the way back from the port of Miami, there are Shuttles that will offer to take you wherever you want as well. The one that we took was $60. I gave the guy cash and never looked back. Again. Don't use South Florida Shuttles. I believe that they go by Sunshine Shuttles as well at least that's what my bank statement says.
