I've been an avid customer of Sears for 30 years and I'm recently very disappointed in an order I just made.
My granddaughter needed a new bed so I decided to check merchandise in the Sears website. I found a lovely 'mates bed' and in the photo was this (see attached):
013112491 MATES BED
It says: mattress, bedding & accessories not included. It appeared as though the headboard shelving unit was part of this bed. I would never order a mattress platform consisting of $10 worth of particle board components and paying $200 for it. It's junk.
But with my granddaughter so excited, watching me put this together, I put the platform together 'hugely' disappointed. I showed the picture of this bed and she was very disappointed.
AFter submitting this with the 'screenshot' of their ad, they changed it to say, 'Headboard not included'. Then they called me & said it does say that the head board wasn't included. BUT I HAVE THE SCREENSHOT. How dare they tell me I'm a lier.
