I used this construction company, and have regretted it ever since. I was given one price, but had to front alot of money up front, then of course everything started costing more and more. They only showed up when they wanted. The hard wood floor that was put in was put in wrong, and is now popping everywhere and starting to come up. They broke the toilet in my bathroom and replaced it with a cheap one. The toilet was ot put back in correctly, and the new hardwood floor has rotted, and flowed into the adjoing laundry room, thus making that floor come up. When the carpet was to be replaced we took off work to move everything out of the way, after two hours of waiting no call, no show. Once called we got again excuses that there was a problem. Called them again and complained about the popping noise in the hard wood floor. They came out and used a hammer and now the floor is dented everywhere. The work was never finished, but we paid Southern Carolina Builders for what they did do. Even though almost everything they did is now comming up or falling apart. If you want bad work then by all means call them. Otherwise pick another contactor.
