I traded in my Chrysler Sebering 1997 for a Cadalliac Deville 2000 at this dealership on 09/09/08. Little did I know that the cars so many issues. The day I did the trade in the check engine, service engine soon light was on and I told him right away! I was told it was highly sensored car and they kept having it reset which was not correcting the problem at all. A week or so later the traction control light was coming on. On 11/11/08 I came in to make my payment and to show him all the issues with the car. I had taken the car to Oberry Service station and they put it on the computer and found a large amount of pressure build up in cooling system indicating a fault in cooling systems, tace of CO2 in coolant confirming headgasket failure, worn brake pads, and sensor light yet on. In total work to be done on the car the amount od 2, 779.43. The dealer argued me down and tried to blame me for all and then took the keys to the car and I had to leave on foot. He told me I was not leaving the lot with my car. Now today I had to go to court with him and he won due to the "No warranty sign "stuck on the window. He took me to court for a car that he took from me when I came in to make my payment and get some directions on what I needed to do to get my car straight. I am so upset with all this and I don't know which way to turn. I am on disabity due to having Relapse remitting MS and I work only part time to enhance my income to survive. My legs are bad but yet I try to work. Is this any advise or help you can give me at this time. I feel so let down with all this. He is a very dishonest man! This was my 3 car from him. To say the least I trusted this man so much. I have truly learned a terrible lesson on inhouse financing auto places. I did everything right and now I don't have a car due to his lies.
