My mother paid $46 for one magazine for my son. Quite a lot of time passed and we realized he never got the mag she paid for. We tried going to the website and it is shut down. Don't buy from these door to door sales people claiming to be high school kids. Scam!

I had the same thing happen to me in February 2008. I live in an apartment complex on campus at the university that I go to. Many of my neighbors have also been scammed by this company. I have called tons of numbers and finally hunted down Howard Brock (the former co-owner of SCI). Mr. Brock told me to talk to his assistant Ashley and she informed me that they were not associated with SCI anymore and gave me another phone number to call. This number was another company in the same field; however this one was real and not a scam. The man that i spoke to used to work with Mr. Brock and said that there is an investigation that is ongoing and he is trying to prosecute him. He told me to call the Attorney General's office in Montgomery and add my name to the list of people who have been scammed. If you would like to help with this investigation PLEASE call the Attorney General's office in Montgomery, Alabama and talk to the consumer investigation department and tell them that you were scammed by SCI and that you would like for them to send you a form in the mail to fill out and be added tothe list for the investigation.If you paid with a credit card when purchasing the magazines please email me. The prosecuting attorney is wanting to talk to all who paid with a credit card. Thank you.
