I was referred to this hellhole as I was "poor" at the time. When I got there I was told that I was supposed to have a referral. I was never told this on the phone when I made the appt. They also charged me FULL price cause some dumb shit dental assistant failed to tell me I was required to have one. The dental assistants were rude from the beinning, and the bitewing x-ray kept falling out of my mouth, as I did not have any teeth there where she was trying to wedge it into my mouth. I was getting very uncomfortable, as I didnt have any teeth to hold it in, so naturally it kept falling out, and the nurse told me to "BE QUIET THERE IS A KID NEXT TO US IN THE OTHER CHAIR". I was so upset about her being physically abusive to me, and causing major physical pain that I started to cry cause she was hurting me really bad...SHe seemed to be doing this intentionally. I then said "OWWW!!! YOU"RE HURTING ME!" I said it real loud so that EVERYONE in that place could hear it, including the kid in the next chair...She then got a disgusted look on her face, rolled her eyes, and crammed that bitewing down in my mouth so bad that it left a huge cut/scrape on my gum. I had to go home and take 2 Lortabs that I had leftover from surgery several months proior. Save yourself the nightmare and DO NOT go to this place. Just cause folks are poor due to the economy taking a nosedive is no reason to physically abuse them.
