I went to the KFC at 224 W. Kettleman lane in Lodi Ca. on 10/02/09 at 3:14 pm with my mother because she wanted to treat me and her to a KFC dinner, one of our favorite places to eat. As we went in the restaurant, we noticed that there where no customers in the place, so we thought alright no waiting! We ordered a 3 piece Breast & Wing meal for me and a Chicken Pop Pie for her. Then the server said that there was a 10 min. wait for bisc. I though they would be stocked up on food sinse there business was slow. So I said that the bisc. was one of the reasons for the visit. So I said to bring me one when done. she gave us our order plus we buy two drinks. As we go to start eating we notice that there are no napkins, salt, or pepper avaliable. I ask the server"Excuse Me" and she didn't answer for about three tries, then she said "What", I said can I get some salt, pepper, and butter. She hands me salt, pepper, no butter! I tell her can i get some butter! she tells me she will give me some when my bisc. is done. I told her I would like some now, so she hands my two butters and was rude about it! I go back to the table where my mother was waiting for the butter. The server brings me the bisc. but no butter. I'm trying not to get upset and lose our appettight so I go to bite into my wing and I saw there was feathers about two inch long hanging off my wing! I lost my hunger and so did my mother the server who was still standing there remarked "Some come with Feathers and so Don't!" then snikered and walked away to the counter to serve some customers. I could not belive what had just happened! I said to my mother who was so upset and nervice because of the rude service and disrespect that she began to shake. my mother is 66 years old and that trumitized her. I also couldn't belive she didn't offer to replace or have any care for our satisfaction. I went up to get our money back, the manager a hispanic women, yells out "what do u need" I said that me and my mother would like our money back! she said "Im only going to replace the one wing, thats it!" I was so mad at this point that my mother began to cry and shake! I demanded my money! she went and told another manager Mr.Glen D'Anna manager/co-owner something in the office, then he came out and said that he was only going to replace two pieces! At this point My consern was for my mother who I thought was goning to have a heart attack. so said that i need to go just hurry up so i can leave He took his time and was very unprofessional, I almost walked out when he came over with some money a 5 Dollar bill and i left very upset and displeased. it took my mother about an hour and a half to calm down. NEEDLESS TO SAY WE ARE NOT GOING BACK TO THAT RESTAURANT! AND I DEMAND THAT SOMETING IS DONE ABOUT IT! OUR Email is [email protected] please reply IF KFC DOES NOTHING I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION! We spent 15 dollars to get abused and they messed up one of our favorite things to do! Also The people who are running this restaurant are distroying the chicken taste that KFC Has always had, the chicken at this restaurant has a bad greasy rotten chicken taste please restore the great taste of KFC.
