My car was repossed on October 16, 2009. When I went to pay the dues on October 22, 2009, to get my car back, I opened the trunk of the car and found out that there were some of my property missing: a red bat bag containing two softball gloves, two bats, two softballs, two regular gloves, a pair of spike shoes.
From the inside of the car, the front, there was a power supply missing.
I told Miss Joyce Hardin, Office Manager, and she started asking everyone in the shop about the missing items. No one knew anything. She checked the list that the people that did the repossession gave her and those items were not listed.
My husband, who was making me company told her we were going to call the police. She asked us to wait until the next day, to give her some time for her to contact with the company doing their repossessions. We agreed.
Now she says is not their problem.
