This office is unprofessionally run to the point that it borders on violating patient rights. All medical patients have the legal right to obtain their medical records in a timely manner. Multiple attempts by phone were made for over a month to get patient records. These records are required for the client to proceed with a personal injury insurance claim, and have caused delays in doing so. The records requested repeatedly number less than five pages and are only one year old, so will not be in storage.

Nothing but excuses and delays were given to this former client. Phone calls are not returned in anything close to a timely manner or in adequate number to resolve this issue. They specialize in passing the buck and constantly claiming the massage therapist is out of town as part of their lame and pathetic excuses.

The massage therapist used was Paula Heitkemper LMT, who also did not follow up with the former client in scheduling additional appointments. So not only does she not return phone calls to locate patient medical records, but does not even care to schedule more appointments. These appointments were requested BEFORE any trouble with this office.

Bottom line, this former client strongly does NOT recommend using this office for any reason. Their business and office practices and procedures are unprofessional at best, and negligent and borderline unethical. This former client believes that the professional license of Paula Heitkemper LMT should be investigated for possible violations of her license granted her by WA state.
