IF I COULD RATE THEM NEGATIVE STARS, I WOULD! BE CAREFUL WHEN HAVING PROCEDURES HERE...Billing dept won't blink an eye before they send you to collections...Make sure when they quote you your procedure it is the full quote and save extra money(HUNDREDS) for their EXTRA FEES...They have now stopped my new home from closing due to them putting $1100(of that $750 was paid to them directly) claim with a very poor collection company J.R Brother financial(google them and WHOA!) THEY ALSO HAVE PUT A COLLECTION ON MY HUSBANDS CREDIT!!! I HAD OFFERED THEM $200/MONTH AND GUESS WHAT? ABSOLUTELY NO COMPASSION FOR THE PATIENTS IN THIS ECONOMY... THEY WANT OVER $400 DOLLARS IN 3 PAYMENTS... How is that even reasonable when the other doctors involved have to get paid as well? Here is a real kicker, the anesthesiologists(ON THE SAME PROCEDURE) have been taking $40 payments from me and completely understand the economy right now sucks! GO FIGURE! MY ADVICE TO EVERY WOMEN OUT THERE SOUTHWEST WOMEN'S CARE ONLY WANTS TO GET YOU IN AND OUT...AND EVERY CENT IN OR THEY WILL SEND YOU TO COLLECTION'S... NO IF ANDS OR BUT'S ABOUT IT! DONT USE SOUTHWEST WOMENS CARE UNLESS YOU ARE RICH AND SICK!! HORRIBLE BILLING DEPT.
