Southwest Auto Tow is a problematic company at best.

Dan Messina is the owner of this company and he is a public enemy at the top of the list. Only murderers and child molesters exceed him on the list. Messina is a person who is thieving from others to make his living, as other witnesses and victims have noted.

Our SUV was stolen by Dan Messina using his co. Southwest Auto Tow here in Dallas. It was later discovered that we did nothing to violate any law and were not illegally parked. Messina's co. was notified and refused to listen or do anything about it once they realized that they towed our family vehicle without cause.

Beware of this man and this shady co. that should be put out of business.

We were charged hundreds of dollars and they only had our vehicle for 2 days.

Also, a couple we are friends with live in an apt where the apt complex here in dallas has contracted with guess who? Southwest Auto Tow. One night their vehicle was taken from the parking lot and it shouldn't have been. They were not in any violation. After notifying the complex and Dan Messina's Southwest Auto Tow about how they wrongfully removed their vehicle, nothing was done to remedy the wrong.
