Dear Sir,
On 19th Novemder 2009, I damaged the H100 bakkie in an accident.
My bakkie (H100) was towed to Sovereign Panal Beaters.
I was promised that I will have my bakkie on the 18th December 2009.
this never happened.
I collected my bakkie during the second week of Jan 2010.
I returned the bakkie as the repairs was not complete.
I then collected the bakkie again 2 weeks later.
Again I had to return the bakkie as the repairs was still not complete.
I now have the bakkie in my possession and I am unable to return the bakkie as Sovereign P/B
because they had a fire on the premises. This Info was not related to me, I found this out on my own.
I was not informed by Sovereign P/B.
My reason for sending in this complaint is :
The repairs that has been done according to Sovereign P/B is incomplete and the outstanding repairs is still not done.
I would appreciate an inspector from HYUNDAI to inspect my bakkie as I know that my bakkie is still faily new (55000km), to assetain the damages and assist me in repairing my bakkie up to HYUNDAI STANDARDS.
