Spa cover failed in 4 months. Apparently some kind of air or gas is trapped within the plastic sheeting around the core causing the cover to bulge in hot weather. They refused to discuss our warranty claim on the phone-they require you to use email only.
They required us to take all kinds of photos of the cover, most of which had nothing to do with the problem. They then complained the photos weren't big enough, so we resubmitted them.
We also got a 9 question questionnaire with equally irrelevant questions such as "What's the weather in your area?, what do you clean the cover with?, what kind of chemicals do you use, etc.?"
We were told we would have a decision within 2 weeks on this claim, which was submitted on or about March 24. It is now one month later and we have still heard nothing.
We have never been treated like this on any warranty claim. Stay away!
