This salon is extremely unprofessional". The staff for long periods of time talk on the phone to their friends and family while cutting their clients hair (take note, this makes the client very nervous and uncomfortable".) The staff gossip and complain about their clients and their lives while servicing their clients|. They yell across the salon floor. They have absolutely no respect for the client!. Leave client unattended to go out for food and drinks|. Leave client unattended for long period of time. This salon is sloppy and to top it all they have the audacity to charge high end salon prices.. Wake up Spa West!
