I am yet another victim in the long list of those who have complained against Space2Let, now renamed as Internet World Wide. I had wanted to host my web site on their servers and opted for a package that include support for java 1.5, My SQL 5.0 (database) technologies.

My journey of troubles started after i made the payment on 2nd June. I had to call them again and again to just get the acknowledgment. Acknowledgment came but sans any details of how to proceed to upload my files. Again several calls later they managed to send upload details. But again it was left to me to find out that upload should only happen on late evening that day.

There were again no details of database parameters. Instead of they giving the required information, it was me who had to call again and again to get the specifics. There were no indications whether the database was set-up correctly.

About their process: They expect their customers to follow their process without letting them know about them. They want people to mail to them. The mail was sent again and again, but no-one cares to read them. Even a ticket (1224) was raised. I don't think, anyone out here owns the responsibility to read mails or check the ticket numbers. They still have got the guts to ask about the same whenever one calls them. Whenever mail-subject line or ticket-no is told to them, phone line suddenly goes dead or is transferred to people who are there to just stall. They apologize profusely but refuse to transfer to any of technical person.

I also had requested them to refund my money, but a defect creeps in their ears when they hear that. There have been several complaints against them. Unfortunately, i subscribed to one of their schemes before hearing about them. My bad luck!

Just to add that i am a IT professional of considerable technical experience. I just shudder to think what others might go through if they lack technical knowledge.
