I ordered the spacebags from an Infomercial on TV. The informercial advertized a "free portable storage tote" with your order, just pay shipping and handling. When I called to place my order, they had an automated service and I accepted the S&H fee for the free storage tote and even ordered a second set of space bags that was supposed to be at a discounted price, and just pay S&H and it will come with a second storage tote. It then asked me if I wanted to send a set to a friend, which I declined. Weeks later, I receive the spacebags...and nothing else. I received no storage tote, even though I was charged the S&H for the 2 totes, and full price for the second set of bags. I called the customer service number which just kept routing me to the automated line. I then emailed spacebags and received a reply that told me I was mistaken and I declined it (yet I was charged for it so go figure). BUYER BEWARE! I will NEVER order anything from this company again. Not only was it false advertising, but their customer service department is difficult to reach and they provide HORRIBLE customer service.
