I keep getting an email in my email box seemingly from my own email account [email protected]

witht he subjest Anjelina Jolie XXX Video Free.

and it says it is from the MSN news site wanting me to click and be taken off but it is really from another site

I know any copmuter geek can steel my email account and send it out a portal somewhere -- I just wish this small identity theft was able to be stopped so that people do not think I am sending this info out on my email account -- this is very disconcerting -- what can be done other than filing a complaint?
