I ordered from them with the condition that it had
to arrive before we left our current address. I advised them the following day that they could never fill the
order and that we would not be here when the order arrived. I asked them to cancel the order. Their
response was:"your order will ship today 1-23-07ALWAYS HERE TO HELP YOU" (it still has not been
delivered to P.O.) I emailed them immediately and suggested they pull the order out of that days outgoing
mail basket. I told them again that it would not arrive while we still lived at this address and that they
should cancel it. They didn't respond at all. except for a routine email from stamps.com that the order would
ship by delivery confirmation priority mail when it was delivered to the custody of the Post Office which it
has not been even till today. I told them that this credit card order would be disputed unless they cancelled
it. They didn't respond. Today they went ahead and placed the charge against my credit card and still have
not delivered to Post Office. I have call visa credit card again to finalize the dispute. If you look at their web
page they have an easy and straight forward return policy. If they truly honor this ;policy why would they
ignore my cancellation and problem and go ahead with the order and ignore my protestations as they have?
