I ordered both of these products after a suppposedly neutral person shared a testimonial and then promoted a web page linking to these pages for free trials.
After pages of data entering and confusion, it appears my "pay shipping only" was not that at all. The real truth was buried in pages of confusion. It is bait and switch hidden behind a supposed contract that popped up on one of the many pages.
Your "free trial" is really a "free trial period", by the time I realized I was billed nearly $100.00 on my next credit card statement it was convinently past the cancelation time allotted for refund. A refund is dependent on not using the "free trial." : It needs to be un-opened. They think of everything.
There are no invoices in the products, no contract agreements sent with the product, no contact numbers with the products, no return instructions with the products. All that information was buried in one of those obscure pages that disappeared as soon as my credit card number did.
These companies continued to use the numbers though. Under different names they billed hundreds of dollars under the guise of the same contract. That was not a contract in good faith!
